Drawing on the ephemeral beauty of smoke, mirrors, and porcelain, my work exposes the tension between conflicted identities and fractured virtues, staging symbolic narratives that unravel the enduring yet shifting myths and points of view shaping identity and belief. Rooted in personal, cultural, art historical, and religious symbolism, these works pull from both ends of chance and control, humor and discomfort, intimacy and spectacle—challenging how individual and collective myths, are communicated, reshaped, and undone.
